From 11 to 13 September, If Body hosts the workshop La Collezione in Tumulto III – Infrastrutture vulnerabili, the third episode installment of a journey launched in 2022 as part of the Hidden Histories program curated by LOCALES and led by artist Adelita Husni Bey at the Museo Delle Civiltà.

The workshop picks up on the experiences drawn from its previous iterations: these focused on visits to the museum’s colonial collections and on the development of consciousness raising exercises in relation to the inner workings of the institution and the objects it stores. The third workshop turns its attention to the concept of infrastructure, with a focus on the administration of water resources in the contexts of colonialism and the current climate crisis in Libya.
